Workshop Description

Learn the critical components and microbiology of activated sludge and how they relate to other wastewater treatment processes. Compare modes of activated sludge and their advantages and disadvantages.

 

Find out how to prevent injuries and avoid hazards of activated sludge facility operation. Learn to develop effective sampling plans and how to analyze lab test results and other data to control activated sludge processes.

 

Find out how to diagnose those tough process control problems and recommend potential solutions. Pick up vital information that you can put to immediate use to improve the operation of activated sludge processes

The last 4 digits of the participant's Social Security Number and full birth date is required.  This information is used to create a unique key for each student.  Registrations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.  Payment or purchase order must be received at the time of registration.  A full refund will be made for cancellations received 10 days before the workshop.  No refund will be made for cancellations received less than 10 days before the workshops.  Substitutions made less than ten (10) days prior to the workshop incur a $35 processing fee.

CEU Policy:

CEU are awarded for successful completion.  Instances of partial attendance, tardiness or leaving early will result in NO CEU being awarded.
