funding from an EPA grant through the Department of Health, Division of
Drinking Water.

The last 4 digits of the participant's Social Security Number and full birth
date is required. This information is used to create a unique key for each
student. Registrations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.
Payment or purchase order must be received at the time of registration. A
full refund will be made for cancellations received 10 days before the workshop.
No refund will be made for cancellations received less than 10 days before the
workshops. Substitutions made less than
ten (10) days prior to the
workshop incur a $35 processing fee.

leaving early will result in NO CEU being awarded.
