Workshop
Description
Participants will learn the
roles and responsibilities of everyone involved with construction management
and inspection from facility design to start up. They will learn to carry
out inspection and record keeping tasks. Effective participation in
preconstruction and progress meetings will be covered.
Leading legal experts will
detail construction site safety considerations and interpretation of
contractual terms and conditions. Veteran instructors will describe testing
and start up processes along with procedures for seeing a project through to
completion and final acceptance.

The last 4 digits of the participant's Social Security Number and full birth
date is required. This information is used to create a unique key for each
student. Registrations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.
Payment or purchase order must be received at the time of registration. A
full refund will be made for cancellations received 10 days before the workshop.
No refund will be made for cancellations received less than 10 days before the
workshops. Substitutions made less than
ten (10) days prior to the
workshop incur a $35 processing fee.
