  • March 26
    • Move-In: 7:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m.
    • Display Hours: 11:30 a.m. - 6:30 p.m.
  • March 27
    • Display Hours: 7:00 a.m. - 2:45 p.m.
    • Move-Out: 2:45 p.m. - 5:00 p.m.

It’s easy!

  • Registration fee – ONLY $350
  • Check floor plan to review remaining WOW exhibit space
  • Fill out the exhibitor registration form and mail with your check
  • You will receive booth confirmation and detailed instructions in advance by mail

Important Information:

Display Space

Space assignments are made on a first-received basis, so register early. Most booths are  8 x 6 feet with a 6-foot display table, and 2 chairs. Displays must be set up NO LATER than 11:00 a.m. on Monday, March 26th.

Door Prizes

A door prize with a minimum value of $25.00 is required in addition to the exhibitor registration fee. Exhibitor prizes will be  distributed by ticket drawing during display hours to promote maximum exhibitor exposure.
