    • Move-In: 7:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m.
    • Display Hours: 11:30 a.m. - 6:30 p.m.
  • March 23
    • Display Hours: 7:00 a.m. - 2:30 p.m.
    • Move-Out: 2:30 p.m. - 5:00 p.m.

Important Information:

Display Space

Displays will be in the Orchard Exhibit Hall. Space assignments are made on a first-received basis, so register early. An 8 x 10 foot booth, 6-foot display table, 2-100 V electrical outlets, 2 chairs and signage will be provided. Displays must be set up NO LATER than 11:00 a.m. on Monday, March 22nd.

Door Prizes

A door prize with a minimum value of $25.00 is required in addition to the exhibitor registration fee. All prizes are distributed by ticket drawing during the workshop and each exhibitor is acknowledged. Pick up will be at your booth.
