WOW EXHIBITOR INFO

IMPORTANT EXHIBITOR REGISTRATION INFO
During the Covid closure, some changes were made to the college’s cashiering process, so WOW Exhibitor Registration is now a two-step process.  Please read the Exhibitor Registration Instructions before completing the Exhibitor Registration Form.  If you have any questions, please contact Donna Venning at 253-288-3479 or by email at dvenning@greenriver.edu.

Early Bird Deadline!

Provide a technical/educational display at the largest workshop in the Pacific Northwest designed just for water and wastewater decision-makers, operators, managers, regulators, and public works staff.

Exhibitor Registration includes* a Standard Booth, two exhibitor participants, and several meals. 

Early bird registration fee is valid from October 16 - Dec. 29, 2023.

After Dec. 29, 2023*, exhibitor fee is $850.00.

What to Know about Exhibiting at WOW

WHERE:

Ocean Shores Convention Center - Ocean Shores, Washington

WHEN:

March 26 and 27, 2024:

  •    Move-In:     Monday: 8:00 am - 11:00 am

  •    Display Hours:     Monday: 11:30 am - 6:00 pm

  •    Display Hours:    Tuesday: 8:00 am - 1:00 pm (after lunch)

  •    Move-Out:    Tuesday: 1:00 pm - 4:00 pm

WOW is back in-person and the industry is ready to connect!

  • Over 400 environmental professionals, public works decision-makers, regulators, and technical program speakers in attendance

  • Display schedule designed to maximize your valuable time with attendees

  • Monday evening exhibitor/attendee reception in Vendor Hall

  • Tuesday lunch in Vendor Hall

  • Promote your company through sponsorship opportunities

  • Increase business contacts using the list of attendees provided

HOW:

Follow these steps....​

  • Fill out & return the WOW Exhibitor Registration Form

    • Registration forms are being accepted now

  • Receive an invoice and then submit your payment (follow steps outlined on the registration instructions document)

    • Invoicing will begin on October 16, 2023 for registrations received prior to that date

  • Booth confirmation and detailed instructions will be sent by email 

IMPORTANT:

  • Display Space - Space assignments are made on a first-come, first-served basis based on the payment received date, so register & pay early. Payments will be accepted beginning October 16, 2023.

    • A link to the floor plan is included on the Registration Form or you can view it here NEED LINK

  • Door Prizes - A door prize with a value of $25.00 or more is your opportunity to promote maximum exposure. Exhibitor prizes will be distributed by ticket drawing during display hours.

  • Sponsorship Opportunities - Promote your company and keep fees low for operators by becoming a WOW Sponsor. Complete page two of the WOW Exhibitor Registration Form, add the sponsorship amount to your registration fee total and submit it with your payment. Your sponsorship is welcome even if you are unable to attend the conference.

  • Lodging - For your convenience, rooms have been secured at government rates. Partnership hotels are posted online at www.wetrc.org/wow LINK. Reservations are made by contacting the selected hotel directly - just be sure to identify yourself as a WOW attendee.
