Help support operators and promote your company by becoming a sponsor or donating a door prize.

To participate in any of the following opportunities, complete the WOW Sponsorship information on the Exhibitor Registration Form.

WHY SPONSOR?

 

With generous donations by sponsors and the assistance of many dedicated volunteers, we are able to keep WOW registration fees for operators as low as possible. In return, as a sponsor, your company will receive:

• Special large-screen display of company logo throughout the convention center

• Additional thank you sign posted at the function you are sponsoring

• Company logo, name, and contact information printed in the WOW program

Sponsorship Opportunities

• Refreshments/Meals/Breaks:

  • Tuesday Evening Reception in Exhibitor Hall - $800

  • Wednesday Breakfast - $500

  • Wednesday Lunch in Exhibitor Hall - $700

  • Thursday Breakfast -  $500 

  • Snack Breaks (Tuesday & Wednesday) - $300

• Water Bottle Sponsorship: $1000

Two sponsors only. Your company's logo printed on the BPA-Free plastic water bottles that are being given to each attendee. Email Donna Venning at dvenning@greenriver.edu to ask about this option.

• Door Prizes

A door prize with a value of $25.00 or more is your opportunity to promote maximum exposure. Door prizes are drawn every few hours in the Vendor Hall.  If you plan to contribute a door prize, check the "Door Prize Donation" box on the Exhibitor Registration Form.  We will contact you in February 2024 for further details about your door prize contribution.
