Registration & CEU Info and Policies

Space is limited.  Early registration secures your spot and helps avoid class cancellations due to low enrollment.

Payment, Refund and Student-Initiated Cancellation Policy

  • Payment or purchase order must be received at the time of registration.

  • Class cancellation requests can be emailed to wetrc@greenriver.edu.

  • ​No refund will be made for cancellations received less than 14 calendar days before the class. Due to limited seating, students who fail to appear for any or all of the course will be charged for the full fee.

Class Cancellation Disclaimer (WETRC Initiated)

WETRC reserves the right to cancel a scheduled class due to limited enrollment or other unforeseen circumstances. If a class must be canceled, WETRC will make the cancellation decision no later than 14 days prior to the scheduled class start date. Registered students will be notified of the cancellation by email and telephone using the contact information provided at the time of registration.

Travel Arrangements

Students who are traveling to attend a WETRC class are strongly advised to make refundable or flexible travel and lodging reservations. WETRC is not responsible for travel, lodging, or other expenses incurred in the event of a class cancellation.

​​Credit Classes Policy
Water/Wastewater Technology credit classes are fee based and exempt from the Green River College refund policy and the regular registration process.

 

CEU Policy

  • CEU will be awarded for successful completion/attendance. No CEU is awarded for partial attendance, nor can we offer partial CEU.

  • Certified operators that repeat a course may not receive full credit towards their professional growth requirement. It is the student's responsibility to understand the state's CEU award policies for the classes they enroll in.  WCS/DOH policy can be found on their website; DOE policy can be found on their website.
