WETRC has a variety of classes that are only offered once or twice a year. If you are intersted in a particular class, you may indicate your interest and request to be notified when the class is added to our schedule. Simply complete the class request/notification form in the green box toward the bottom of this page.

NOTIFICATIONS: Please read carefully.

​The information gathered from these forms is neither a guarantee that the class will be added to the schedule nor a guaranteed spot in the class when it does open. In other words, this form is NOT a waitlist and is NOT a “seat saver.”  It is strictly a communication tool to help us gauge interest in certain classes and alert you when they become available.

 

• One-Time Notification: When a class you have requested is added to our schedule and open for registration, a one-time only email notification will be sent. At that point, the request will be removed from our system. It is not a perpetual/recurring notification.

• Timeline: Keep in mind that some classes will be added quickly while others may take 8-10 months before being scheduled.

• First-Come, First-Served: ​Once the class has opened for registration, WETRC’s standard "first-come, first-served" registration procedure is in effect. As stated above, this form is not a waitlist.

 

We recommend that you do not rely solely on this notification system, as emails may be lost, overlooked, deleted, etc. The best way to stay on top of WETRC's upcoming classes is to regularly check our website to see which classes are being offered.​​​​​
