Lodging Notes

The hotels listed on the lodging link have discounted room rates for WOW Conference attendees. Rooms are available on a first-come, first-served basis, so we encourage you to book early. Each hotel has its own policies, amenities, cancellation fees, and potential additional charges. Please confirm these details directly with the hotel.

Discounted room rates and guaranteed room blocks are subject to the cutoff dates listed for each hotel, generally one month before the event. Rooms may still be available after the cutoff date, but the discounted rate and/or room block cannot be guaranteed.

Hotels are provided as a convenience to attendees. WETRC/WOW Conference has no affiliation with these hotels and receives no compensation from them. WETRC/WOW is not responsible for hotel policies, contracts, rates, availability, or other terms and conditions.

OCT 2026 HILTON NOTE: Please note that the conference is being hosted at the Hilton Vancouver; currently, rooms at this hotel are available only for vendors.  Rooms blocks for attendees will open on January 6th, so if you want to stay at the conference facility, you will be able to book that in January.
