Exhibitor Engagement Sessions

WOW 2027 has two opportunities for exhibitors to present workshops.

One-hour standard workshop. To submit a full-length workshop, please use our speaker abstract form. Your content must fill one hour and be educational (not a sales presentation).

Standard Workshop

As part of this year's conference, exhibitors have the opportunity to present a 15-minute Mini Workshop to attendees. These mini-workshops will take place in a classroom set up in the vendor hall during regular workshop hours.

These sessions are designed to provide valuable educational content for industry professionals and are eligible for continuing education credit. Four mini-workshops will be grouped together in one hour; attendees will earn one CEU (0.1 CEU) per hour. No partial or half-credit will be given.

Mini Workshops are not intended to be sales presentations. While you may discuss your company's products, services, or technologies, the primary focus should be on sharing industry knowledge, emerging trends, operational challenges, best practices, lessons learned, or new developments relevant to public water systems.

To be considered for an Exhibitor Engagement Mini-Workshop, please submit an "Exhibitor Engagement" abstract telling us how you will answer one or more of the key questions:

• What's changing? What new or emerging technology, operational practice, regulatory development, industry trend, or research finding should water and wastewater operators be aware of?

• Why does it matter? How could this development affect treatment performance, water quality, permit compliance, public health protection, system reliability, safety, efficiency, maintenance requirements, or day-to-day operations?

• What should operators consider? What practical lessons, implementation challenges, operational considerations, best practices, or decision-making factors should operators evaluate when considering this technology, product, process, or approach?
