WOW SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES
Help support operators and promote your company by becoming a sponsor or donating a door prize.
Sponsors are a vital ingredient to the success of WOW. Your contributions help keep costs down for attendees, promote your company by creating goodwill, and create a fun atmosphere during the show. We have a variety of ways for you to select from!
In exchange, your company will receive:

Special large-screen display of company logo throughout the convention center

Designation as a Sponsor in the Whova Event App

Table-top signage for your booth identifying you as a sponsor

Additional thank you sign posted at the function you are sponsoring

Company logo, name, and contact information printed in the WOW program

Suggested value $25.00 or more. Indicate interest on reg form. Bring your item to the conference; winners will be drawn during Wednesday's lunch in the Exhibitor Hall
Morning Tours
Provide coffee and doughnuts to operators getting on board the buses to go on the morning tours.

Pens for Attendees
Product donation.
One sponsor only.
Provide 400 pens with your company logo to be included inside the Portfolios given to each attendee at check-in. Contact Donna Venning for details. dvenning@greenriver.edu
Welcome Break Activities
There will be opportunites to sponsor or be involved in activities occurring at the Tuesday afternoon Welcome Break. These opportunities will be announced in January 2027.
